Construction: Foam construction only. Fiberglass and carbon spars permitted not less than one half inch behind leading edge. No fiberglassing or carbon covering of airframe permitted.
Pods, blunt sections, and fuselages may be foam or solid plastic construction.
850 Watts maximum motor power measured after 5 seconds of throttle from a fully charged pack
